Job summary

RPM Pizza seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals at 550 Old Spanish Trl. The role partners with the General Manager and completes Domino’s and RPM training programs.

You will train, coach, and develop Team Members, manage scheduling and labor, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. This part-time position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; prior leadership in a fast-paced setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 21 years or older to drive where required.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
