You will oversee labor scheduling, training, and daily operations while upholding safety and cleanliness. This is an hourly, full-time position with opportunities for growth through RPM Pizza College and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and verbal skills are essential.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification as required by area (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet all service goals and learn inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve product, service, image results.
• Lead Team on shift and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
