You will rotate through AOI areas—Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom—building a well-rounded leadership foundation in a beloved family entertainment brand.

Formación

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
