Crave Management Group in Holladay, UT is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-casual team and deliver the Ultimate Burger Experience. You will work directly with leadership, develop in areas beyond restaurant operations, and grow with our expanding locations in Utah.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, health/dental/vision insurance, daily pay option, and opportunities for advancement as we scale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar.
• Ability to train, coach and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver operational excellence.
• Model success routines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting, and hiring team members.
