ClearWater Express Wash is hiring an Assistant Manager in Burleson, TX to lead daily operations, coach Team Members, and partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth.

You'll oversee scheduling, ensure safety and cleanliness, monitor performance, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Prior car wash experience isn't required—leadership in retail or hospitality translates well.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising others is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for guest service and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members and Team Leads in collaboration with the Car Wash General Manager.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Drive guest experience, educate on services and memberships, and support sales goals.
• Handle administrative tasks and monitor location performance with leadership.
