ClearWater Express Wash in McKinney, TX is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily car wash operations and coach a frontline team. You’ll recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure top wash quality, uphold safety standards, and drive local sales. Proficiency with MS Office and the POS system helps track performance and outcomes.
