Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking an Assistant Manager in Garland to lead daily operations and develop a strong team. You will drive guest satisfaction, train staff, and support sales and membership growth in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities and benefits across two expanding brands.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments (Retail, Hospitality, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Focus on customer service and guest experience
• Sales and membership growth mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate outdoors in weather

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Coach team members on customer service, sales, memberships, safety, and operational procedures.
• Help build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of an express car wash location and ensure safety and cleanliness.
