You’ll coach and develop teammates, assist with hiring and training, manage shifts, monitor food quality and customer service, and help control costs while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Coach and develop team members, foster accountability and high performance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while upholding food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food cost; support inventory and ordering as needed.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing, and achieving performance goals.
