Qualifications

• Supports P&L by cash control, inventory, and labor management; reviews financial reports.
• Assists Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Conducts performance appraisals, disciplines when needed, and motivates staff.
• Maintains equipment, facilities, and grounds with preventative maintenance.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Executes corporate and local marketing plans to drive business.
• Has authority to hire and fire (or participate in those decisions).
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts.
