We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success. You will lead by example, uphold food safety standards, and participate in ongoing development within Panda's community that cares about your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operation and manage associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire and direct team members to achieve store objectives.
• Complete a 3+ weeks leadership training program for store leadership development.
