Job summary

Burrito Shak is opening a new Cape Coral location and seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead the team from day one. You will help build a positive culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations.

During training, you will work closely with the owners to establish operational excellence and a foundation for long-term success. This role offers growth potential with a future General Manager opportunity as the restaurant expands, and you will be part of

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management or leadership experience.
Experience in fast-casual or quick-service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure all food products meet Burrito Shak quality and safety standards.
Monitor sanitation practices and health and safety regulations.
Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy.
Order food, beverages, and supplies to maintain efficient operations.
Supervise and support kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff.
Manage daily production and labor schedules.
Oversee service flow to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered efficiently.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and deposits.
Establish systems, procedures, and team culture during the launch.
