SHOE PALACE is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in Las Vegas. You will coach team members, maintain brand standards, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on every shift.

Key responsibilities include supporting the manager, owning location performance, coaching performance, and keeping the sales floor clean and welcoming. Prior retail experience and a dynamic personality are essential, with athletic footwear knowledge a plus.

Formación

• 18+ years old.
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Experience selling Athletic Shoes is a plus.

About you

18+ years old

Must be driven! Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus. Experience working with a growing company

Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
