Shoe Palace Corporation in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Manager to lead store teams, coach staff, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience on the floor. You’ll help run daily operations, own location performance, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced athletic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus; experience with a growing company is desirable.

About you

18+ years old

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills

Must be driven! Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus. Experience working with a growing company

Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
