Job summary

Shoe Palace in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store on the front lines, ensuring every customer receives the best experience possible.

You will assist the store manager, take ownership of location operations, coach team members, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and keep the store clean, neat, and organized. Weekend availability and prior retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Must be driven and able to engage customers; selling athletic shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company is a plus.

Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
