McMenamins Mill Creek location is hiring a Kitchen Assistant-Assistant Manager (KAAM) to support all kitchen operations under the Chef/Manager. You will perform opening/closing duties, supervise the shift flow, and assist in managing labor and food costs while delivering friendly, prompt service.

This role blends hands-on kitchen work with guest relations in a fast-paced pub setting. Wage is $19.13/hr plus tips with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card.
• Previous cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all kitchen operations under the guidance of the Chef/Manager.
