Kid To Kid Chambersburg is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, coach team members, and keep the store organized and shoppable. You will cross-train across store operations, handle opening/closing duties, and participate in pricing, inventory, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating store operations and coaching staff.
• Ability to manage opening/closing tasks and inventory.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming items and price goods using the store system.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing, test toys and equipment.
• Ring up customers and teach selling to vendors.
• Lead the team with the Store Manager and support daily operations.
• Assist in social media posts and inventory management.
