Job summary

Jump Start Stores Inc in Halstead, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, implement objectives, manage staff, and ensure policy adherence while driving productivity.

You will hire and train staff, schedule, monitor performance, prepare reports, manage inventory and resolve customer and internal conflicts, working with other managers to meet goals.

Qualifications
