Smoothie King is hiring an Assistant Manager in training to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist the General Manager, develop staff, uphold food safety, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Use operational tools to achieve excellence and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvements.
• Manage cash activities and uphold brand standards consistently.
• Drive implementation of company programs and support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Smoothie King.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
