Job summary

Smoothie King in the United States is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager in training to support the General Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will handle staffing, track KPIs, ensure food safety, assist local marketing, and grow with the brand through coaching, flexible hours, and opportunities to advance toward running a store.

Experience with POS systems and strong communication skills are preferred, and weekend/evening availability is

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in hiring, developing, and leading a passionate team.
• Use operational tools to achieve excellence and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Review store environment and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Manage cash activities and uphold brand standards consistently.
• Drive implementation of company programs and support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Smoothie King.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• The desire to be coached and mentored.
• Reliable Transportation.
