The Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) program prepares you for a management position. You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, including sales, profitability, team coaching, expense management, loss prevention, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Leadership experience in food service or retail
• At least 3 months of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Legal age for alcohol and tobacco sales (NV only)
• Teamwork and adaptability skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 65 pounds
• Work in various environmental conditions including heat, cold, and fumes
