Job summary

• Monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed.
• Inventory and paperwork as needed.
• Complete coupon log, spot checks and post close reconciliation during shifts worked.
• Food ordering as needed.
• Track food rotation in cooler, freezer and dry goods.
• Open and close the store successfully.
• Cover shifts with Store Manager when needed.
• Attend promotional window calls as requested.
• Cash-handling.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.
• Monitor trainees and update training logs and requirements.
• Report progress of employees during training periods.
• Develop positive working relationships with trainees.

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon promotion.
