The Providence Center Assistant Manager I CCBHC / Nurse ACT I Engagement & Diversion Team supports daily operations for their team, including staff supervision, scheduling, performance monitoring, and compliance with program and regulatory standards to ensure continuity and quality of care. This includes providing leadership and performing direct service duties when applicable. They help to sustain a continuum of care that promotes recovery, diverts clients from hospitalization when clinically appropriate, supports timely step-down services for those transitioning from inpatient care, and coordinates appropriate client services with Emergency Services and community partners. In addition, the Assistant Manager I CCBHC / Nurse provides direct nursing care, including clinical assessment, medication-related responsibilities, and other nursing duties required to support client treatment needs.
Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred; Field of Study: Nursing.
