Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to support the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations. You will help train and supervise attendants and team leaders, ensuring service standards and brand alignment across the department.

Working within Hyatt's corporate strategies, you will collaborate with leadership to maintain guest satisfaction, safety, and efficient housekeeping workflows at the property level in Oceanside, CA.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - or TeamLeader - Housekeeping.
Good communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
