Job summary

Photogenic-Inc in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the local team, ensuring top-notch guest service and smooth daily operations. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive revenue, manage scheduling, training, and recruiting, and uphold company values while delivering memorable souvenir experiences for guests.

Photography experience is not required. This full-time, on-site role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong people management skills and a passion for developing talent.
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies.
Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
Photography experience not required.
Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service.
Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations and assist where needed.
Assist Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting.
All other duties as assigned.
