Job summary

Photogenic-Inc in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the local team, ensuring top-notch guest service and smooth daily operations. Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Photography experience not required.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service.
• Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations and assist where needed.
• Assist Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting.
• All other duties as assigned.

As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside our Operations Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.
