Job summary

Rocket Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager to join Sparkle Express as we expand nationwide. Lead guest experience, coach teams, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and smooth operations.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staffing, training, and daily site activities with a customer-first mindset. You’ll oversee guest service, operations, safety, and KPI tracking while fostering a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Available to work 40–50 hours per week, including weekends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
Experience with labor management and strategic staff scheduling.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead guest experience initiatives to ensure exceptional service.
Support the General Manager in fostering guest relationships and memorable visits.
Coach, motivate, and support staff to achieve individual and team goals.
Assist with staffing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Oversee daily operations, safety, and site cleanliness across all areas.
Monitor KPIs and provide daily coaching to improve performance.
