Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Chandler, TX is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as a store manager-support role.

You will assist the General Manager, help supervise staff, hire and onboard new team members, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include inventory counts, maintaining cleanliness, supervising employees, rotating commissary deliveries, and handling routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management or QSR experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
