Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in New Boston, TX is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for a management-support role.

You will assist the store General Manager in daily operations, help implement standards, and supervise team members to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include counting inventory, hiring and onboarding new staff, maintaining cleanliness, rotating deliveries, and addressing operational issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
