Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team at our Domino's.

The role focuses on managerial support to the store's General Manager, helping run daily operations and maintain standards. Responsibilities include supervising employees, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness, rotating commissary deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management/fast-food experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Maintain facility and equipment cleanliness.
• Supervise employees effectively.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
