You will undergo a 3+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into management positions, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities. This role is based in the Circleville area and requires flexibility to cover various shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
