Applebee’s restaurants nationwide are hiring an Assistant Manager in Crestwood, IL to support the Restaurant Manager in running the dining room and back-of-house operations. You’ll help manage costs, improve guest service, and develop staff while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
