Starting pay up to $880/week based on experience; we offer paid training, monthly bonus potential, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and supervising crew.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals
• Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Train, coach, and develop successful team members
• Prepare delicious southern foods
