Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to grow skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and maintaining cash control.
