Kid to Kid State College is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, coach team members, and maintain an organized, shoppable store at 176 Rolling Ridge Dr, State College, PA 16801.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, cross-train across multiple areas, and help drive customer service, pricing, and merchandise flow while upholding our commitment to sustainable fashion and community impact.

Qualifications

• Assistant Manager role in a multi-location retail chain.
• Experience in leading teams and coaching staff is preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming items and price merchandise.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
• Greet customers and handle checkout.
• Open and close store operations and cash registers.
• Manage social media posts.
• Inventory management and back stock transport.
