Job summary

Kid to Kid State College location is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and uphold our sustainability mission.

You will oversee customer service, pricing, inventory, and in-store promotions while collaborating with a dedicated admin team and benefiting from real advancement opportunities across SRG's network of nearly 30 locations.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors.
• Use our computer system to buy in and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring out customers at the register and teach them how to sell to us.
• Help create posts on social media pages.
• Opening and closing tasks, nightly reports, tills.
• Inventory management and transporting stock using a box truck.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
