Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Rosemount, MN. This growth role develops future leaders to think strategically about the store and district, partnering with the General Manager to drive sales, team development, and smooth operations.

The AGM will champion core values, mentor staff, and lead with a global brand perspective while focusing on day-to-day performance and long-term business health. Compensation is regionally competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Has a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• 1 year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities
