Job summary

The Agency for Integrated Care is seeking a Grants & Compliance Analyst to oversee grant disbursements, governance, analytics, and process improvements across national schemes.

The role requires a degree in finance or related field with at least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, governance, or compliance, and strong analytical skills. You will support audits, analyse data, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, governance, compliance, or operational review functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review data, identify anomalies, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Committed, meticulous team player with good communication skills
• High integrity, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyse large volumes of data and transactions.
• Knowledge of Power Query will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant disbursements and fund movements across national schemes, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
• Support procurement and finance-related activities associated with grant operations.
• Maintain operational frameworks and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Identify, investigate, document, and address operational gaps, process exceptions, control weaknesses, and anomalies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, tracking findings, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
• Analyse data across business domains to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Drive process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and digitalisation to strengthen operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
