Tillys in Warwick, RI is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors while leading a team to deliver the Tillys Experience.

You will hire, train and develop Associates, oversee store operations, create a great store environment and represent the brand with strong leadership and communication.

Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
