Job summary

Tilly's Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Temecula, CA, to join the Store Management Team and elevate every customer’s experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and help drive sales through strong service, product knowledge, and team development.

You will recruit and train staff, ensure smooth store operations, and maintain a positive environment that reflects the Tillys Experience. This role demands leadership, communication, and a passion for retail excellence.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
