Tilly's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Merced, CA to partner with the Store Management Team to deliver an amazing Tillys Experience for every customer.

You will model exemplary service, lead sales behaviors, and help hire, train and develop a strong team of Associates while ensuring smooth store operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
