Job summary

Tilly’s Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Stockton, CA to partner with the Store Management Team and deliver the Tillys Experience. You will recruit and develop Associates, model exceptional service, and drive store operations to meet goals.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to customer service. This is a full-time position with benefits including 401k, health, dental, and employee discounts.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, but it also means hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, creating a great Store environment, and so much more! Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
