Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wichita, KS to join the Store Management Team. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, hire and train Associates, and ensure smooth store operations and a great store environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to delivering the Tillys Experience. You will work closely with the Store Management Team to maximize sales, develop your team, and uphold brand standards while providing an exceptional customer experience
