Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Camden, AR to lead the sales team and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting internal growth.

The role will greet customers, sell shoes, apparel and accessories, process transactions, stock the floor, and assist the Store Manager with recruiting and training the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and transportation for bank deposits.
• Willing to open/close store and work alone during shifts when needed.
• Able to stand/walk long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and manage people.
• Experience in sales and supervising a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.
• Assist with coaching and discipline of the store sales team.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare deposit and make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What you need:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and have personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
