Tillys is hiring an Assistant Manager in Algonquin, IL to work with the Store Management Team to deliver an amazing Tillys Experience. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, hire and train a strong team, and ensure smooth store operations in a great store environment.

Qualified candidates have retail experience and strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and benefits including 401k and health coverage.

Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00
