Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees.
• Create a culture of teamwork and fun on the front lines.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences through quality service.
• Assist in admin tasks and equipment checks.
