• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain departmental rules and procedures for Bell, door and valet staff.
• Manage personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, payroll and recruitment.
• Oversee departmental operations, maintain high service standards, and train staff.
• Direct and motivate Bell, door and valet teams.
• Ensure staffing levels and scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain supply inventory and assist with risk management as needed.
• Use hotel systems for operations.
