Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager who partners with the General Manager to sustain smooth daily operations, support onboarding and team development, and foster a welcoming, growth-oriented store culture.

This role balances accountability with coaching, ensuring guest experiences remain top-notch, safety standards are upheld, and leadership continuity during GM absences.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar fast-paced setting (Ziggi’s experience preferred).
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and a strong understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
