We're looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the face of The Block Rogers-ensuring every guest feels welcome, taken care of, and eager to return. You'll work closely with our leadership team to maintain exceptional service, oversee front-of-house operations, and lead a team that takes pride in delivering top-notch hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding guest service.
• Be a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Work closely with management on hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
