We're looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. About the Role: As the Assistant Manager , you'll be the face of The Block Rogers-ensuring every guest feels welcome, taken care of, and eager to return. You'll work closely with our leadership team to maintain exceptional service, oversee front-of-house operations, and lead a team that takes pride in delivering top-notch hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding guest service. Be a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring smooth operations. Maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Work closely with management on hiring, training, and coaching team members. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills. What We're Looking For: A hospitality-focused leader who loves connecting with people. Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
