Shift is 2:00 pm - close with a rotating schedule; compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, with an annualized range around $48,500–$51,000 and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
